11ann was founded with a clear purpose: to build a Sports Betting and online casino platform that truly understands the Brazilian player. From football to e-sports, from Pix to genuine Portuguese-language support – every decision we've made was designed for people who live and breathe sport in Brazil.
To give Brazilian bettors the best Sports Betting and online casino experience available — with transparent terms, technology that actually works on mobile, payment methods that are part of everyday life in Brazil, and support that responds like a real person, not a bot. 11ann exists to be the platform you recommend to a friend without having to think twice.
The idea behind 11ann came from a very common frustration: Brazilian bettors being forced to use generic platforms that didn't understand the local market. Platforms with English-only support, international payment methods that broke down at withdrawal time, and odds on American football when all users wanted was to bet on the Brasileirão.
A group of professionals with backgrounds in technology, betting, and digital entertainment set out to build something different – a platform created from scratch with the Brazilian bettor at the center of every decision. From day one, 11ann prioritized Pix as the primary deposit and withdrawal method, in-depth Brazilian football betting markets, volleyball and e-sports coverage, and a casino stocked with the world's most reputable providers.
Growth came quickly because the proposition was genuine. When you treat users with respect – transparent bonuses, hassle-free withdrawals, competitive odds, and quality analysis – reputation builds organically. Over 500,000 Brazilians have already chosen 11ann as their primary platform, and that number grows every month.
These aren't just a list of features – they're choices we make every day to put the Brazilian user first.
11ann isn't an international platform with auto-translate. It was built with the Brazilian bettor in mind: football, volleyball, e-sports, Pix, BRL, and support that speaks your language.
Deposit via Pix with funds available in seconds and withdrawals processed in up to 15 minutes – including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. No fees, no red tape, no 3-business-day excuses.
Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Série B, Copa do Nordeste — full coverage with deep markets, analysis team picks, and real-time updated odds.
At 11ann, bonus terms are written in plain language. Rollover requirements, expiration dates, and eligible games are all clearly stated before you accept any offer. No hidden fine print.
No app to download. 11ann runs directly in your phone's browser — fast loading, a touch-optimized interface, and full access to every feature on the platform.
24-hour live chat with real agents in Brazilian Portuguese. Platinum and Diamond VIP members get a dedicated manager with a priority WhatsApp channel available at any time.
The principles behind every decision the 11ann team makes, from product to support.
Clear terms, no-catch bonuses, audited odds, and a public results history. Users deserve to know exactly what they're dealing with before making any decision.
We'd rather have 2,000 games from the best providers than 10,000 uncurated titles. Every partnership 11ann enters has to meet a quality standard, certified RTP, and a solid reputation.
Every new feature 11ann develops starts with the same question: will this improve the experience for the people using the platform? If the answer isn't a clear yes, it doesn't move forward.
Betting is entertainment. 11ann provides self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and session time controls because we believe a platform that lasts is one that genuinely looks after its users.
The betting market moves fast, and 11ann keeps pace. Crash games, e-sports markets, Live Casino with Evolution – we invest in innovations that deliver real value to the Brazilian bettor.
11ann isn't generic. It's a platform with a Brazilian team identity: one that understands the Brasileirão calendar, knows what the Libertadores means, and is committed to offering volleyball and e-sports with genuine, in-depth coverage.
There's a huge difference between a betting platform that works and one you'd actually recommend to people you know. 11ann was built to be the second kind — the one a friend mentions saying "use this one, it's legit" without a second thought. That level of reputation isn't built through marketing; it's built through consistent product quality and reliable support over time.
Brazilian bettors have unique needs that generic platforms simply overlook. The Brasileirão Série A has 20 clubs and near-daily rounds for several months — anyone focused only on European football doesn't understand the depth of markets Brazilian fans want to bet on. The Copa do Brasil follows a two-legged knockout format, creating very specific handicap and aggregate result markets. The Libertadores brings together clubs with completely different styles in the same tournament. 11ann covers all of it with competitive odds and markets that make sense for fans who follow Brazilian football closely.
Expanding into e-sports came from a clear reading of the market. Brazil is now one of the largest player bases for Free Fire, CS2, and League of Legends in the world. The CBLOL — the Brazilian League of Legends Championship — draws a consistent audience and a dedicated community that follows every split with the same intensity football fans bring to their club. 11ann was one of the first platforms in Brazil to offer full CBLOL coverage with deep markets, and that investment was recognized by bettors who were already interested in e-sports but couldn't find a serious platform to bet on.
11ann's casino was built with the same philosophy. Having games wasn't enough – it had to be the right games, from providers with proven reputations and audited RTP. The partnership with Pragmatic Play brought in the most-played slots in Latin America. The partnership with Evolution secured the highest-quality Live Casino available. Play'n GO, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and others round out a catalog of over 2,000 titles where every game went through a selection process – not just added to pad a number.
Crash games deserve a special mention because they represent a generational shift in online casino. Aviator, by Spribe, became the most-played casino game among young Brazilians in just a few years — the real-time decision mechanic, live chat with other players, and the ability to place two simultaneous bets create an experience that's completely unlike traditional slots. 11ann was quick to spot that trend and today offers the top crash games on the market with the best mobile experience available.
Payments were one of the first things 11ann got right, and it's where we make the biggest difference in users' day-to-day experience. Pix completely transformed financial transactions in Brazil – fast, free, available around the clock, and integrated with every bank's app. At 11ann, Pix is the primary method for both deposits and withdrawals. You deposit and your balance appears in seconds. You request a withdrawal and the money hits your account in up to 15 minutes. Whether it's Saturday at midnight or early Monday morning, the process is the same. We also accept boleto bancário for those who prefer it, credit and debit cards, PicPay, and Mercado Pago – because every user has their own preferred way to move money.
The 11ann VIP Program is a real, tangible reward for players who show up regularly. It's not a list of theoretical perks that never materialize – it's automatic rakeback credited to your balance without you having to ask, real weekly cashback on losses, monthly free spins that are worth actual money, and a dedicated account manager who knows your profile. At the Diamond level, 24-hour WhatsApp support with a real person isn't a marketing claim – it's the standard 11ann has set for its top users.
Responsible gambling isn't a legal checkbox for 11ann — it's a core conviction of the team. Betting is entertainment, and entertainment has to be sustainable. That's why the platform offers temporary and permanent self-exclusion tools, configurable deposit limits, play-time alerts, and access to support resources for anyone who feels they've lost control. A healthy platform is one that keeps users engaged because they want to be there — not because they can't leave. That's the kind of business 11ann aims to be.
