Most loyalty programs on betting platforms work the same way: you pile up points worth almost nothing, redeem them for bonuses loaded with impossible requirements, and end up feeling like the reward wasn't worth the effort. At 11ann, the VIP Program takes a different approach from the ground up — every BRL wagered earns points with real value, and the benefits are designed to make a genuine difference for players who bet regularly.
Rakeback is at the heart of the 11ann VIP Program. In poker, rake is the small percentage of the pot that the platform takes from each cash game hand – it's the real cost of playing. With 5% rakeback at Bronze level, you already recover a portion of that cost automatically. At Diamond level, with 30% rakeback, a regular player at mid-stakes tables can offset a meaningful share of the rake accumulated throughout the week. This isn't play money – it goes straight to your real account balance, with no additional rollover on the rakeback amount itself.
The weekly loss cashback is another benefit that experienced bettors know how to value. From Gold level onwards, if you end the week in the red, 11ann returns a percentage of your net losses as bonus balance every Monday. At 5% on Gold, 8% on Platinum, and 12% on Diamond, that amount can be significant for higher-volume players. It's a partial safety net that reduces the variance of bad weeks without complicating things during good ones.
For casino players, the monthly free spins serve a similar purpose. From Silver level onwards, you receive free spin credits on selected slots every month without needing to deposit anything extra. At Platinum that's 100 rounds per month – on high-RTP slots like Gates of Olympus or Book of Dead, that already represents a real session with genuine winning potential. At Diamond, the quota is customized by your VIP manager based on each member's play volume.
A dedicated VIP manager is something most players don't expect to find on a digital platform – and it's one of 11ann's standout features. From the Platinum level up, you get access to a dedicated 11ann professional who monitors your account, prioritizes your questions, and can negotiate personalized bonuses based on your playing style. At the Diamond level, support is available via WhatsApp around the clock – meaning whenever you need something, there's a real person ready to help, not a chatbot.
Withdrawal limits are another practical factor that matters for high-volume players. At the Bronze level, the daily withdrawal limit is R$ 5,000.00 via Pix. At Gold, it rises to R$ 25,000.00. At Platinum, it reaches R$ 100,000.00. And at Diamond, withdrawals are unlimited, processed with top priority in up to 5 minutes. This matters especially in high-win situations — a jackpot or a strong poker cash game session shouldn't have to wait days to be withdrawn because of restrictive limits.
For sports bettors, points add up too. Every R$ 10.00 wagered on football, volleyball, e-sports, NBB basketball, or any other sport available on 11ann earns 1 point. That means following the Brasileirão, the Copa do Brasil, and the Libertadores with regular moderate bets is already enough to move up levels over time. Players who combine Sports Betting with casino or poker sessions progress significantly faster, since slots and poker carry higher point multipliers per BRL wagered.
Physical gifts and event invitations for Diamond members are 11ann's tangible way of recognizing the loyalty of its top players. The platform operates on the belief that players who bet consistently and in high volumes deserve a different kind of relationship — not just numbers on a screen, but real benefits that reflect a long-term bond. This includes branded 11ann merchandise and, depending on the schedule, access to sports and entertainment events across Brazil.
11ann's VIP Program has no membership fee, requires no prior application, and involves no manual approval process. You sign up as usual, start betting with real funds, and points begin accumulating automatically. The transparency of the criteria — points per bet, level table, clearly documented benefits — is a core part of the proposition: you always know exactly where you stand and how much you need to reach the next level.
It's straightforward: sign up, play, and the points take care of themselves. See the full journey.
Sign up on 11ann with your name, email, CPF, and date of birth. The VIP Program starts automatically at Bronze level as soon as you make your first deposit.
Deposit from R$ 20.00 via Pix, boleto bancário, credit/debit card, PicPay, or Mercado Pago. Every real-money bet earns points instantly.
Your account dashboard shows your point balance updated in real time, how far you are from the next level, and the benefits already available to you.
Once you hit the points threshold for the next level, the upgrade is automatic. Rakeback, cashback, and all other benefits activate immediately — no red tape.
Players who've reached Gold, Platinum, or Diamond share their real experience.
"I've played on a lot of platforms, and 11ann's rakeback is by far the most straightforward I've come across. At the Platinum level, with 22%, the amount that comes back each week is real and goes straight in as playable balance — no excessive rollover. The VIP manager also sorted out a withdrawal issue in under 3 minutes."
"I reached Gold betting on the Brasileirão and slots, and the 5% weekly cashback makes a real difference during rough weeks. The 50 monthly free spins on Gates of Olympus alone brought in over R$ 800.00 in winnings in a single month. This program is the real deal – the benefits actually come through."
"I've been a Diamond member for four months. What impressed me most is the WhatsApp support from the VIP manager – it's a real person who knows my history and can resolve anything quickly. The unlimited withdrawal limits are also essential for anyone betting at high volume."
